This “SUPERTALL” single tower was designed to combine all available FAR on a 6 acre site in downtown Los Angeles within a single structure. It is designed to contain office in the lower bank, hotel in the mid bank and high end residential at the upper portions of the tower.
The podium levels host retail and parking levels. Each of the three uses in the tower are separated by sky lobbies that articulate the massing and create exterior lookouts toward the Ocean.
As its name alludes, this tower, if built, would be the tallest structure in the United States, taller than the Freedom towers in New York.
