Ellis Law purchased a newly constructed cold shell office space to accommodate the needs of their growing staff, and required entirely new interior architecture with bold aesthetics to bolster their business identity. The ground floor reception area is an introduction to the featured material palette and offers two means of ascension to the upper level general offices, by stair or by elevator. The reception is overlooked by one of the two large conference rooms and the top of the stair leads visitors into a 300 SF pre-function waiting area that is separate from the staff areas yet central and proximate to the office amenities. The level 2 office layout includes perimeter private offices surrounding open work stations, two executive offices with private balconies, two large conference rooms, an archive library, restrooms, and a large kitchenette. The mezzanine overlooks the pre-function and accommodates two additional private offices and several open workstations. The pre-function area also features a greenwall system and planters at the mezzanine to balance the high-contrast material palette
