The Soll Center at Claremont McKenna College is the home of the school’s Scholar Community, and Student Career Services and Placement Center designated to assist students and graduates who are entering into the job market perfect their approach. The center boasts 6 specially designed interview rooms to match employers with students and graduates, as well as large meeting conferences, workshops and casual meeting spaces.
The creative adaptive reuse program utilizes previously underutilized area directly adjacent to the historic McKenna Auditorium in the center of the campus. The use of highly transparent high performance glazed storefront allows west facing lounge and reception areas to seem completely open while keeping the interior cool and comfortable. Interior and exterior landscaping further emphasizes the natural and open feel.
