Palm Condos

This ultra-modern design of high efficiency glazing and minimal ornamentation was designed with luxury in mind. The project is situated within the covetable West Hollywood area fronting Santa Monica Boulevard, and will house 44 new high-end condo units. The collaboration between Balian Architects and KFA produced an efficient design of maximum sellable area while integrating unique features such as protruding living rooms on the upper levels, and generously sized corner balconies.
